When you ask for a demo

The form on our home page asks for your name, your company, your mobile number and email address, your kind of business, and — if you choose — your team size, city and a message. We use these details only to contact you about a demo of Lead Management. They are kept in Invexbook's own Lead Management account, where our sales team sees them.

We do not sell these details or share them with anybody outside Invexbook.

When your company uses Lead Management

The records your company keeps — leads, customers, quotes, payments, documents, jobs and staff details — belong to your company. Invexbook stores and processes them only to run the service for your company. Each company's records are kept separate from every other company's, in the application and in the database itself.

Inside your company, what each person can see is decided by the roles and permissions your administrator gives them. Every change, and every report downloaded as Excel, is recorded in your company's audit log.

To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or for any question about this policy, write to contact@invexbook.com or call +91 858 6868 598. If your details are in another company's Lead Management account — as their customer, for example — please ask that company, which decides what it keeps.
